The audio is out of sync with video, how can I make the sound matches correctly with video?

1) Please try to play your source DVD or Blu ray movie on Leawo for preview to see if it is OK.
2) If the problem exists when previewing, please right click the video file on Leawo to go “Bug reporter” and send us bug report so we can check.
3) Please also contact us with the DVD/BD information, including disc name, purchasing link from amazon.
4) Let us know the output Profile.
